Jill is a manual osteopathic practitioner with her background in registered massage therapy and teaching yoga.
Jill has always been drawn to natural approaches to health and well-being and began her career as a manual therapist in 2005, within her hometown of Truro. After the birth of her daughter, Jill decided to dive more deeply into her yoga practice by completing her 200hr yoga teacher training and not long after that committed to studying manual osteopathy. Jill graduated from the Canadian College of Osteopathy in 2019 with her thesis topic on the gut microbiome.
Jill is passionate about her work and helping others help themselves. Jill is a life-long learner and thrives on educating her clients with tools for a better and healthier lifestyle.
Jill practices classical Osteopathy with a strong focus on craniosacral therapy. Jill welcomes all ages from infants to the elderly, meeting each person exactly where they are on their path to healing.
Jill is a member of the Nova Scotia Association of Osteopathy and offers direct billing for a variety of health insurance plans.
Jill’s favourite pastimes include back country camping and hiking, tennis matches with her daughter and spending time with her horse, Deuce.
