Reiki is a form of energy healing that involves channeling universal life force energy - often referred to as qi, ki, chi, or prana - to promote balance and well-being. This ancient Japanese healing technique was brought to North America in the 1930’s.
Reiki practitioners use specific hand positions to improve energy flow within the body, and to channel energy to - and raise the vibration of - the client, helping them to:
