Enter in our contest the name of the mother/grandmother you think deserves a $100 gift certificate from Legge Health Clinic for any service. Everyone nominated will get a 20% discount on their next visit.  This contest is open to anyone including existing clients.  All you need to do is:

1. Fill in the Contact Form found below.  One entry per nominator but mothers and grandmothers can be nominated by multiple people. The names submitted will be entered into a draw; and
