Sara-Blair is a graduate from the Canadian College of Massage and Hydrotherapy, class of 2020 in Halifax. Sara-Blair is currently a candidate member with the Canadian Sport Massage Therapy Association working towards her full certification. Sara-Blair has a keen interest in sport massage, and being a multi-athlete herself, she is excited to bring her experience and continuing education to the table.
Since graduating she has been working on her volunteer hours with the Brookfield Jr.B Elks as their trainer until December 2022. Sara-Blair is currently working with the Amherst Jr. A Ramblers in the MHL. Sara-Blair expanded her skills sets in 2020 by adding CSMTA Advanced Sport Massage, Concussion: prevention, detection and management from the University of Laval and University of Calgary as well as Gua Sha therapy to her professional curriences. Sara-Blair is committed to continuing her education in her field to stay current with all relevant therapies and to expand her skillsets.
Sara-Blair is looking forward to meeting more of her community and is excited to be able to offer sport specific treatment alongside therapeutic. With a love for General Swedish techniques, Myofascial and Trigger Point release she is confident in finding what works best for your tissue to get you back to your best.
In her free time, you'll likely see her at the rink or running out the door to another, whether it is coaching, refereeing games or playing herself. The moments in between she enjoys hiking, photography, singing, theatre, spending time with family and friends and her dog Warden.
